Mike contacted me about a month before he was thinking about proposing, and I always LOVE proposals! We were originally going to do the shoot in Sundance square, but the weather ned up being less than favorable. This didn’t stop us though! We decided to change up the plan and move the location to the Fort Worth Stockyards under an awning. We even got super detailed and I created a map from google maps and drew little stick people and which way they needed to walk etc. =) Both Rodney & I were able to capture the amazing moment! ( I always feel a little like paparazzi when I am shooting a proposal ) I simply love proposals and watching the face of the bride to be and her reaction. It always brings a tear to my eye. Mackenzie was SO surprised…It was such a sweet moment! And afterward, he got a horse carriage to take them around downtown and end up at a local restaurant in Sundance square where all of her family and closest friends were waiting for her to surprise her! Mike really outdid himself on this one! Congrats you two!!
