Kristin & Paul tied the knot at the beautiful Elmwood Gardens out in Palestine, TX on a beautiful spring May day. These two are so sweet together and watching them together, you can just tell they were made for another. The venue was simply stunning, and the gardens were breathtaking!
A note from the bride : “When I first met Paul he was living in Tyler and I always loved visiting him because it’s so beautiful everywhere you go around there. So we had always talked about having our wedding some where in east Texas, but when I first saw Elmwood Gardens I feel in love. It just felt perfect with it’s gorgeous gardens and buildings to the amazing wedding walk draped with the lovely blue we had chosen. Our wedding day turned out to be just like we had hoped. Our families and friends were able to attend a wonderful event where we could all feel a little bit at home. We even were able to have Paul’s hometown Pastor officiate the ceremony, which was very entertaining especially when he decided to unbeknownst to us throw in a little, Princess Bride quote “Mawage. Mawage is wot bwings us togeder today”. All together, the two of us couldn’t have asked for more love and support than we felt that day, even from those few that were not able to attend that day. It was such a special start to a new chapter in our lives and we will always treasure that day and the memories that were made among the beautiful pine trees of east Texas.”
